תה Tiens  עיקר מרכיביו הם: 6 סוגים של תה ירוק, עלי לוטוס, גינוסטמה, פוליגוני מולטופלורי וקליפת מנדרינה. תה Tiens נמצא מועיל  להורדת רמת השומנים בדם, הורדת חום, שיפור תהליך העיכול וחיזוק תפקיד הטחול והקיבה.

רכיבים:
6 סוגים של תה ירוק: תה ירוק עשיר מאוד בפוליפנולים- חומרים בעלי פוטנציאל אנטי-סרטני ופוטנציאל נוגד חימצון חזק במיוחד. שימוש בתה ירוק ברפואה סינית נפוץ ומגוון, החל מכאבי ראש ועד לדיכאון ומחלות לב. היום יותר ויותר מחקרים מספקים עדויות ליתרונות הבריאותיים של שימוש בתה הירוק כמסייע לעיכול תקין, הפחתת כולסטרול, עוזר בפתרון של עודף משקל והרזיה.
עלי צמח הלוטוס (Folium Nelumbinis): מרידיאניים- לב, כבד, טחול ולבלב. לעלי לוטוס ישנה תכונה העוזרת לאזן את חום הגוף ובכך לווסת גם את רמות הנוזלים, להקל על הנשימה, לעצור דימום, להזין את הלב ולהוריד את לחץ הדם.
ג'ינוסטמה (Gynostemma Pentaphyllum): זהו צמח ממשפחת הדלועיים. ברפואה הסינית הוא מומלץ לטיפול בברונכיט, הפטיטיס וכיב פפטי. הוא ידוע כצמח האל-מוות, "מרפא הכל". הוא מסייע לשיפור זרימת הדם, מגביר פעילות מערכת החיסון, מסייע להורדת רמות סוכר, טריגליצרידים וכולסטרול, מרגיע, מפחית מתח ולחץ, מחזק התכווצויות של שרירי הלב, מסייע במקרים של חוסר חמצן בגובה רב ומונע התקפי לב ושבץ מוחי.
פוליגוני מולטופלורי (Radix Polygoni Mutiflori): מרידיאניים-הכבד והכליות, פעילות מוגדרת של הצמח הינה חיזוק ושימור אנרגית הכבד והכליות, הזנת דם ומחזקת תמציות.
בהזנת תמציות הוא משמש במצבי חולשה המתבטאים בסימפטומים כגון קרי לילה אצל גברים, אצל נשים מחזור בלתי סדיר ובפלות חוזרות. מסייע בהפגת רעילות חמה עם סימפטומים כגון: חזרת, פצעים דלקתיים ובלוטות מוגדלות.
אופן השימוש:
להכניס שקיק אחד לתוך כוס, למזוג עליו מים רותחים ולהשרות אותו מספר דקות. ניתן להשתמש באותו שקיק מספר פעמים.
